FIT Participant

The concept is great. I don’t know anyone in our group that didn’t do well and move forward. Everybody lost weight, everybody got healthier. I don’t know one person in our group that did not benefit from the program. I don’t know if I’ve ever been in a program or any kind of exercise program that I can say that, but everybody did.

FIT Participant

You know, it’s funny, other diets and ways of losing weight, come and go, but this has been the longest lasting program that I’ve ever been with and it’s still continuing.

Coach

FIT was the highlight of my career. I was proud of not only their individual participation, but also the team dynamic. The way they encouraged each other and built each other up was very inspiring.
